Project Risk

The project will required new infrastructure in terms of administration offices, maintenance facilities, ablution and weighbridge facilities in an underdeveloped area, which might be slightly costly. The implementation presents major risks, in terms of managing the project properly. All the project related engineering, construction and commissioning activities will have to be planned in such a way that plant is completed in time and under budget.
